The HR Assistant provides crucial administrative support for daily HR operations, handling tasks like managing employee records, assisting with recruitment (posting jobs, scheduling interviews), onboarding new hires, and serving as a contact for employee inquiries, ensuring smooth departmental functions and data accuracy. Key duties involve maintaining confidentiality, using HR software, tracking attendance, preparing documentation, and supporting HR policies.
Must have one year of working in HR dept. And have an interest in working in HR ~ be excited to go to work!
Key Responsibilities
Employee Records: Maintaining accurate employee databases, HR files, and personnel data (attendance, leave).
Recruitment: Posting jobs, screening candidates, background checks, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters.
Onboarding: Coordinating new hire paperwork, orientations, and training.
Administrative Support: Scheduling meetings, managing HR emails, preparing reports, and distributing HR documents.
